Pannai Terms of Use

By accessing the Pannai website or using the Pannai app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or app.

Pannai provides tools for recording and reviewing farm income, expenses, payroll, livestock, crops, sales, loans, and related business information. Features may change while the service is in beta.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for the accuracy of information entered into Pannai. You retain ownership of the farm and financial records you provide.

You may use Pannai only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorised access to the website, app, accounts, or supporting systems.

All Pannai site and app content, including its copy, visual design, branding, graphics, interface, and original materials, is owned by Pannai or used with permission. It may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, adapted, or used commercially without Pannai's prior written permission.

Pannai is currently in beta. Testimonials, names, quotes, and photographs identified as previews or placeholders are illustrative and are not presented as verified customer endorsements. They will be replaced with approved, real-world material before launch.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Pannai as the service develops. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or uninterrupted.

Pannai helps organise records but does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. You remain responsible for reviewing your records and obtaining professional advice where needed.

To the extent permitted by law, Pannai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms as Pannai develops. The effective date above will change when we publish a revision. Continuing to use Pannai after an update means you accept the revised terms.
